FOOoooHH!!! Haven't update my blog for a long time >< (causei'mdamnbusy) I'm sorry guys.
Okay!! Just gonna briefly post something that happened yesterday in my work place =)
So, actually we get invited by Perak Tourism Magazine to do some photo shoot on our dish. Now, let's have the photos do the talking part =D

Basically, Nigel had done the wagyu steak, ox-tail soup and the tilapia with cream sauce for them to shoot for.

2012 Resolutions!!!

Yeah!!! Here comes the 2012 resolutions of mine!!! Hopefully, I'll manage to achieve all of it. By the way, I'm gonna set 10 resolutions for this year in order for me to achieve all!!! *laugh* However, few days back before i could close my eyes and sleep, my mind rewind back some flashes and memories about 2011. I realised that 2011 is been a hard time for me and i felt that i changed into a new person. Next, the 10 resolutions is coming in =)

1. Play Hard, Study Hard, Work Hard and Shop Hard. 
Really really hope that i can achieve four this in this year!!! Since, I'm changing my college, I wanna give my best shot on every test!! However, new friends might coming in too, but i'm not feeling to lose my old friends in utar too ;( By the way, gotta be a workaholic and a shopaholic too. Sometimes, I can forget about things that caused me sad and frustrated by addicting on working and shopping too.

2. Improve my Korean Language. 
Seriously gonna improve my korean language by attending more classes >< By the way, fyi is freaky expensive for the class. Cost me 150bucks per class =( Yeah, but i'm not going to give out too =P

3. Sleep more and earlier.
Usually, i often sleep at 3am >< Since i'm a 'latenightvampire' , i always don't feel like getting my ass to the bed so fast yet. However, this year gonna be different, gonna lift up the timer to 12am. Seriously, is actually good for myself, since my face do always get a lot of acnes and pimples when sleep late and as what peoples used to say "the early bird catches the worm".

4. Drink more water and make my face clean.
Yeah., as i know that I myself don't actually drink water frequently. But this year seriously is gonna be an often job to be done everyday. However, due to the stress and sleeping late caused me a ugly face which full of acnes and pimples.... >< Arghhh I WANNA GET RID OF IT. Bought a lot of hydration mask and even serums in last year december. Hope all those stuffs can help me to heal my face =/

5. Spend less, Save more.
As my dad told me that this year might not be a good year for everyone since the price of everything eventually goes up. So should force myself spend less on clothes and stuffs. Since i'm a freak that craving for delicious food everyday, so not going to cut down the allowance on the food side. But I'll still save up some!!!

6. Control my bad temper.
Yeah, for some of you guys which you do not know me well. Now, I can tell you that i'm seriously a bad temper person. But i still control it. But somehow... it hard for me to keep it and just swallow it down when i saw things don't goes the right way. By the way, you can ask one of my precious ones in the pass which she knew about it. Hope that this year I'll control my temper and not showing to you guys =P

7. Drive safely and slowly.
Omg this topic appeared again and again... Seriously, for those of my friends who sat on my car before they will know how fast do i drive sometimes >< I'm not actually racing or just showing off my drivings skills. But somehow, i don't actually like to waste my daily time which I know that 24 hours is seriously not enough for me >< However, by this year march i'll be going back for studies in KL which is the busiest city in M'sia. As my Bm teacher always taught me that "Biarkan lambat, Asalkan selamat."

8. Exercise more.
Exercise!! Exercise!! Exercise!! Gonna build up back my lousy abs and a tummy. Caused by everyday eating, eating and eating non stop and without exercise. Wish to get back the life during my primary school, which i woke up at 4am and went for swimming training ><

9. Learn to speak better!!!
Yeah, I felt that sometimes i couldn't speak well >< Hate it!!! Well, hope that i can speak more with my friends. Hope that i won't speak out something that offends my friends =D

10. Going to get myself a nice and worth digital camera.
Wish i can get myself one in this year to capture down all the happy moment and delicious foods!!!

Well, i guess that all for my 2012 resolutions!!! Wish i can achieve each of them before my birthday!!! However, whenever i forget about it, I can just view it here =)

Xmas Eve and New Year Eve 2011

Hi Guys!!! As I promised that i'm gonna blog again for today. Yupps today post is gonna be things that happened to me on the night of 2011 Xmas Eve and New Year Eve. This is the first time that I work in F&B, first time celebrating with a crew of colleagues in a restaurant and the main thing is I'm still working like a *LouSai*

First of all, we planned all the things few weeks before Christmas coming. Luckily, the plan work as what we had planned >_< The crowd started with a function sharp at 7pm which a customer had pre-booked the tables for indoor. Well, not even for indoor, 11 tables at outdoor are fully booked too!!! However, once the clock reached 7.15pm our team had started busy with our jobs and it last until 3am(25/12/11). 

Guess what all our staff are starving for that period of time. But we're manage to fill up our stomach after the stuffs had been done and we had our rest at Oldtown Kopitiam until 6am. By the way, treated qiao yee and his boyfie's friends some food and Shiraz too. Well, chit chatted with them on our life styles and experience too. Finally, had great Xmas Eve with them!!! endedupthenextdayigetsick

Yeah!!! for the next day... I GET MYSELF SICK. By the way, I'm still manage to tuned on my workaholic mode for the rest of the day. Till the day NYE is just tomorrow and something starts going wrong which some mistakes done by the supervisor which i'mnotgonnatellyou. Well, Yap(Zhan Ming) couldn't make it for us on that day, but overall the plan goes smoothly on the NYE too!! Not going to talk about the atmosphere on the night because it was like everyone is CRAZY and the fatty boy do make us some countdown songs which edited by him for few nights. However, the boss treated us roast turkey and it was my first time having a turkey meat with a delicious recipe taught by Nigel and Max. The cranberry sauce and the turkey stuffing was absolutely matching perfectly with the turkey meat!!! Since, we knew that there will be a lot of road blocks and we decided not going any where and ended our 2011 with beers after work. And that's all for my Xmas eve and NYE. SO how's yours?? Although is a tough and tiring job for me, but I had enriched a lot of experience since i'm working here for 2 months ady and is was like filling the empty spaces in my book of life :)  *and keep getting scolded by my dad why did you choose a tough job for yourselves and ended up ruined my health too* :(

Hi Guys!!! First of all i'm gonna SORRY for the VERY LATE post that i did, because that this skinny boy here was ill for weeks till now i can barely be conscious to BLOG!!!!

Okay!! Back to the topic!!! Eventually, Ga-son and i hang out for some CNY shopping in Kinta City before Xmas. This is the first time since we hang out last few months... However, that wasn't much to shop yet, since the sales haven't started to put on yet. By the way, when we walked pass Giordano. I found something that catches my attention to it.

Tata!!! U GUT I GUT!!!

Yeah!!! I found this quite funny, at first i thought it means poking others... but later on i found it actually is U吉I吉. I'm gonna get one of this on my off day!!! but this year i'm not buying a lot, in order for this shopping freak's wardrobe to BURST!!! *Gotta clean up some and donate to some orphanage home ady*
Well, we met Chee Foong, Kai Mun and Wei Kian too, and ended up we went for Haagen Dazs @de Garden to have some *chillax time*
However, since Haagen Dazs opened in Ipoh for the first time, i was looking forward on it. Well, things always ended up the opposite way which they disappointed me by saying that they don't have Royal Fondue, Christmas Cassata and Love in Paradise... My heart was like ...

Even for the famous one (Chocolate Fondue), they told us you guys need to wait until evening. However, there is still some other choices which lightens us too. Okay and now i will let the photos do the ending part :)
